As a Quality Inspector you can expect to:
  • Inspect PCB Boards and Electronic equipment and assemblies.
  • Substantial knowledge of SMT & Thru-Hole Components.
  • Understanding of assembly drawings and BOM.
  • Perform Inspection and ensure that the product meets all the Fit, Form or Functions requirements.
  • Perform First Articles and inspect products based on AQL Level.
  • Ensure conformance to shippers or packing sheets of all parts.
  • Perform in-process and Final inspection of electronic and mechanical assemblies, as required to assure adherence to specifications and procedures.
  • Assist in the maintenance and calibration of inspection equipment to assure accurate readings.
  • Perform FAT, Final Acceptance Testing for all the equipments prior to shipment.
Requirements:
  • IPC 610/ J-STD soldering certification is a plus
  • Three or more years related experience required.
  • Have knowledge of IPC 610.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Ability to use and read micrometers, calipers, electronic test and other measuring equipment.
  • Must be able to interpret engineering drawings.
  • Must be detail oriented to keep accurate records and files.
  • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. 

 Educational and Experience Requirements
 
  • High School Diploma
